These Terms of service are designed to ensure that Article Outlook contains original and high quality articles for our readers. We understand that you may want to promote your own business, that we don’t mind and your resource box can contain a link back to your own website; however, we do not want our readers to see articles that are solely for advertising purposes, nor do we want to publish articles with suspect links. We do use the Web of Trust when we check any links; all we ask is for articles to be original, helpful and informative.
Terms of Service
By visiting Article Outlook and/or leaving comments with Article Outlook and/or registering with Article Outlook and/or the submission of any article to Article Outlook, confirms that you have agreed to all of the Terms of Service.
‘Our’ and ‘We’ in these Terms of Service refers to Article Outlook.
1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghostwriter, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.
2. Articles must be original and not published elsewhere. If the same article is published by the author elsewhere, the article submitted to Article Outlook will be deleted without warning or prior notification.
3. Article Outlook will not accept any article and/or any comment that contains hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material or is spam or is primarily for advertising purposes; we also do not accept article relating to gambling. Registered users will have their IP address recorded and may have their IP address blocked if they open their accounts or are possible going to use their accounts for the purposes of hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material, spamming or primarily for advertising purposes. By visiting Article Outlook and/or leaving comments with Article Outlook and/or registering with Article Outlook and/or the submission of any article to Article Outlook, confirms that you have agreed to all of these Terms of Service.
4. Articles must be a minimum of 350 words and no more than 1200 words.
5. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time. We reserve the right to delete any account at anytime and we reserve the right to block access to this site for any reason, including but not exclusive to, users who are similar to previous blocked or deleted accounts.
6. Articles may contain one self-serving link (not an affiliate link) within the author resource box not within the body of the article and not within the title. Non self-serving links that are further resources should be marked as resources, further resources, further reading or further information and non self-serving links that are sources of information should be labeled sources. These should be placed at the end of your article body and will be moved there if they are acceptable links but simply misplaced. These are the only links that may be acceptable within the article body since they are links that provide the reader with further information and are not affiliate links and are not self-serving. It is not guaranteed that any links will be left within the body and any affiliate link will result in the entire article being deleted. All links will be checked before publication and deleted if they violate or seem to violate these terms. Article Outlook reserves the right to delete any link, any article and/or any account without warning or prior notification.
7. Articles will be rejected for any or all of the following reasons:
- if they do not meet certain writing standards; including, but not exclusive to, grammar, spelling or content.
- if there is no author information
- if they are too similar to other articles submitted by the same or any other author.
- if we feel they do not fit the nature of Article Outlook
- if they contain more than one self serving link in the resource box
- if they contain any self-serving links in the article body
- if they are purely for the purpose of advertising with little or no informational content.
- if they are published elsewhere in any format.
- if they contain affiliate links
- If they are gambling related or the material is of an adult or illegal nature.
- if they link to a site with a poor WOT rating
Articles may also be rejected at the discretion of Article Outlook for any reason and/or deleted at any time and for any reason without prior notification or warning. If any articles are deleted after publication, Article Outlook reserves the right to redirect the original article’s URL to a similar article within Article Outlook for the purpose of maintaining site integrity and continuity and for the prevent of 404 errors. By registering with Article Outlook, you agree that should any of your articles be deleted, then the original URL will now be redirected to a similar article which may be by any other author.
8. Authors who continuously submit articles that violate these Terms of Service will have their account deleted after a certain amount of rejected submissions; currently 3 rejected submissions but subject to change at any time. You may or may not receive a warning or prior notification before account deletion. Spammers or any other abusers of the Terms of Service or those who repeatedly fail to follow these guidelines will have their IP address blocked. By visiting and/or registering with Article Outlook you agree to have your IP address recorded and you allow us to block your IP address if we feel that the Terms of Service are being violated and you allow us to display a 403 message, “Sorry, you cannot access this website”; this message may change at any time without warning or prior notification. Accounts from the same organisations or IP addresses of users who have been deleted or blocked may have their account immediately deleted without warning or notification. Article Outlook reserves the right to immediately delete any new account without warning or notification if we feel that the registration will be for the purposes of publishing articles that will violate these terms of service.
9. Inactive accounts, containing zero posts, will be deleted after a suitable waiting period determined by Article Outlook, currently 6 weeks from registration but subject to change at any time without warning or prior notification.
10. Articles must be spell checked prior to submission.
11. Articles will be held for moderation prior to publication.
12. We highly recommend that you keep copies of all your submitted work in case of server errors, website errors or other system failures. Please remember that Article Outlook will not be held liable for any loss of data and articles due to server errors, system crashes or any other circumstances.
13. We reserve the right to choose a suitable category for your articles.
14. By submitting your articles to Article Outlook, you agree to allow us to:
- Correct any spelling or grammar errors
- Adjust any article to keep the article in line with the Terms of Service or for search engine optimization purposes
- Publish your article on Article Outlook and any of its article directory partners.
- Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
- Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters
- Allow other publishers to use your article with credit given to you as the author and Article Outlook as the source.
- Use your submitted image within your resource box
- Use an image from our library as a thumbnail to represent your work throughout the website Article Outlook or to use the Article Outlook logo if no suitable image is available.
15. You agree that Article Outlook is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites and you will not be paid if your articles are published. You will not be paid if you articles are used by other publishers in any way, or if your articles are purchased by any publisher. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place at the footer of each post.
16. You agree not to include any affiliate links in the body of your article or in your resource box. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box. If you have your own website, you may include one link to this website within your resource box. You may contain one SOURCE link within the article body that should be marked as ‘source:’
17. Article Outlook may at any time translate your article into various languages for our sister sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.
18. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time without warning or prior notification and we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and remove any articles at any time without warning or prior notification. We reserve the right to terminate inactive accounts at any time without warning or prior notification.
19. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
20. Article Outlook reserves the right to update any articles, delete any articles and to delete any author profile, including related posts, at any time without warning or prior notification. Article Outlook reserves the right to block the IP addresses of users who repeatedly fail to follow these terms and/or consistently submit articles purely for advertisement and/or spamming purposes. When you submit any article to Article Outlook, you agree that Article Outlook, from the time of publishing, owns, takes over, hold and retains the copyright and all rights related to the article. You agree that we can use your article in any way that we deem acceptable practice. You agree that we can delete any article at anytime without notification and you allow us to place a copyright notice below your article publicizing the fact that we now retain the copyright of the article and all rights reserved connected with the article.
21. Please remember: By registering with Article Outlook, you have agreed to all of these terms.

We are happy for publishers to use articles that they feel will be of benefit to others, but we do ask that publishers observe the following terms – thank you.
1. You must not remove “Article Source: http://www.articleoutlook.com” from each article you choose to publish.
2. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to a. resource box, b. any links provided by the author.
3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.
4. You must agree to keep hyperlinks “live” and unedited so that users can click on said link and be taken to the intended destination.
5. You agree never to use any articles obtained from Article Outlook in any form of spam or unsolicited mail.
6. You agree never to publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
7. You agree never to sell any article obtained from Article Outlook; this includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
Disclaimer
You agree never to hold Article Outlook liable for the accuracy of any article on the site or on any partner sites. Article Outlook is simply a hub for authors and publishers to meet. If you have an issue with someone stealing your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately.
Article Outlook does not endorse any author, website, or product mentioned in any articles not written by the Article Outlook team. All articles published by Article Outlook are not to be used for legal, medical, or any other type of advice. All articles are for informational purposes only.
